Project Description:

Project description: New three level home on a narrow, sloped city lot overlooking Commencement Bay and Mt Rainier. Views, daylighting, maximum energy reduction, smaller floor plan and neighborhood aesthetics are the priorities of this custom design. Construction is SIP panels (structural insulated panels) and ICF (insulated concrete forms) for the basement, with hydronic radiant floor heating.
